Mô tả công việc:
– Thực hiện các chỉ tiêu kinh doanh của công ty (bán và cho thuê thiết bị).

– Tìm kiếm, phát triển khách hàng mới và dự án tiềm năng, mở rộng thị trường.

– Thương lượng, đàm phán với khách hàng và làm các thủ tục ký kết hợp đồng.

– Theo dõi việc thực hiện hợp đồng, tư vấn, giới thiệu sản phẩm phù hợp với nhu cầu của khách hàng.

– Quản lý, chăm sóc khách hàng, phối hợp cùng bộ phận kế toán thu hồi công nợ.

– Lập các báo cáo bán hàng và báo cáo công việc theo quy định của công ty.

Yêu cầu công việc:
– Tốt nghiệp Đại học, Cao đẳng, Trung cấp ngành kỹ thuật, cơ khí.

– Độ tuổi: Từ 23 đến 35.

– Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán, thương lượng, thuyết phục khách hàng tốt.

– Ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bán và cho thuê thiết bị nâng hạ chuyên dụng và thiết bị ngành xây dựng.

– Tiếng anh giao tiếp tốt.

– Chịu được áp lực cao, có tinh thần trách nhiệm với công việc.

– Năng động, tự tin, đam mê kinh doanh, ham học hỏi.

– Có khả năng và sẵn sàng đi công tác xa, sức khỏe tốt.

– Sử dụng thành thạo kỹ năng tin học văn phòng (word, excel) tốt.

Description:
– Carry out business plan of company, execute and reach KPI ( rental and selling machine)

– Looking for new customers, potential projects, expand and developve market.

– Discuss, negotiate with customers and execute contract.

– Keep track to implement contract, consultant and recommend suitable product with customer’s demand.

– Manage and take care customers, cooperate with accounting team to contact directly customers to push payment.

– Prepare report of revenue, working report as company’s request.


Request:
– Graduate regular University, College, Vocational school, major of mechanic, technical.

– Age: from 23 to 35 yeas old.

– Good communication, discussion, negotiation.

– Experience of selling and rental construction machine field will be prefered

– English fluently in writing and speaking.

– Responsible, and be willing to work under high pressure.

– Have pasion for sale jobs, active, self-confident, ambitious, studious.

– Willing to travel, good health.

– Good skill of  office automation (word, excel).
